10 Ring MU or Ring PU

30 Renegade Rows 55/35 15 each arm

10 Weighted Rope Pull ups

30 DB Floor Press 55/35

B)

Every 90sec for 3 Sets:

8 Bench Press; Build to Heavy Set of 8.

*Cool down or up to 8rm for the day based on feel.

C)

Every 90sec for 3 Sets:

5 Push Press; Build to Heavy Set of 5.

*If you fail a rep, finish the set with push jerks

D)

Skull Crushers w/ Barbell 4×10

E)

50 Weighted Sit ups

50 Back Extension
