Warmup:
10 PVC Good Mornings
10 PVC RDL
10 PVC Hang Power Cleans
10 PVC Push Jerk
10 Kipping Swings
10 Burpees

 

WOD:
Build to a heavy complex in 4 working sets of:
1 x Deadlift
2 x HPC
3 x Push Jerk

6 Min AMRAP:
1+ Pull Up
1+ Burpee
1+ Clean and Jerk
1+ V Up

Rest 3 Min

6 Min AMRAP:
Start with last completed round and get back to zero!! Stop at the end of 6 Min or when you get to zero (whichever occurs first)

 

1+ means you add one rep after each completed round. Post complex weight and if your time or reps remaining for the 2nd AMRAP
